Could this be a R A FOX???? INDIAN RENDEVOUS

I picked up a print at a garage sale this weekend. I am trying to do research on it as I am not an art collector by any means. I purchased it for my son who is a grad student in history and is very interested in Indians. It is an Indian standing on a the side of a river with his boat in front of him. It is titled "InDIAN RENDEZVOUS". The print has BOrin Manufacturing company on the lower left corner. The INDIAN RENDEZVOUS is in the center. I don't see anything else but it could be covered by the frame. I am thinking it could be an R A FOX print. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks so much

I am glad you wrote directly to ronandcora@earthlink.net in order to ask this question. For those who may log on later, the title given does not indicate this image was by Fox. Borin used many artists to provide their artwork.
